With a differentiated range of care and support services at three different locations, the town enables around 80 elderly residents with varying care and support needs to live in a homely environment with professional services. Around 160 employees and trainees ensure the well-being of the elderly at the Sandbühl retirement centre as well as in two different care flats and in assisted living at Bachstrasse and Mühleacker.
For our team at the Mühleacker retirement centre, we are looking for a motivated Care Assistant SRK or AGS 80 - 100% from 1 June 2026 or by arrangement.
Care Assistant SRK, AGS
Your main tasks
- Care and support of assigned residents in collaboration with a nursing professional
- Independent execution of basic care with a palliative approach
- Careful documentation of all services
- Active participation in handovers and team meetings
- Assistance with domestic tasks
- Assistance with the organisation of events
- Carrying out activations and daily activities
- Taking on key worker care
Your profile
- Completed SRK care course or AGS training with proven professional experience in long-term care
- Knowledge of RAI and EasyDok is an advantage
- Empathetic interaction with residents and relatives
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Enjoyment of varied challenges
