We are a medically led specialist clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychosomatics with a total of 58 beds. The focused offering lies in the specialties of eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, obesity) / depression / anxiety disorders / burnout as well as psychotherapy for people of the 50+ generation.
We are looking for a technical service employee with a focus on ICT support 80% starting March 1 or by arrangement.
YOUR TASKS
- Maintenance, upkeep, repair, and renovation work
- Supervision and monitoring of fire protection systems
- Carrying out general environmental and maintenance work
- Transport services as well as winter service
- Support of the Head of Services / Security in planning and controlling new and remodeling construction
- Support in fault analysis and troubleshooting technical problems
- Coordination and accompaniment of external service providers (technical)
- First-level support for ICT topics as an essential part of the role:
- Acceptance, recording, and coordination of fault reports from employees
- Simple troubleshooting on site (e.g., printers, clients, telephony)
- Collaboration and coordination with external IT service providers
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training in a technical profession
(e.g., building technology, sanitary, electrical engineering, carpenter or comparable) - Professional experience in technical service or building operations is an advantage
- High IT affinity and interest in ICT topics, especially:
- Network (e.g., LAN/VLAN/firewall etc., simple troubleshooting)
- Microsoft 365 (e.g., Outlook, user support)
- Telephony (e.g., end devices, simple faults)
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Manual skills as well as solution-oriented thinking
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to be on call duty
