Facility Maintenance Specialist with Customer Orientation and Technical Know-how
Tasks
- Be the first point of contact for customers regarding technical and professional concerns
- Ensure the daily operation of building management
- Carry out maintenance and servicing work independently
- Coordinate and supervise orders to internal and external service providers, paying attention to cost, deadline, and quality requirements
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs and document them comprehensively
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a facility maintenance specialist
- High social competence combined with assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work independently, efficiently, and flexible working hours including on-call duty
- Confident handling of Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Driving licence class B available
