About the job
At Wald School, over 250 staff members work with great dedication. Around 1,200 schoolchildren are supported on their path to the future across five school units.
The Burg Secondary School is a manageable, lively school unit with around 300 young people. In a motivated and collegial team, we accompany and support our pupils in their academic as well as personal development.
WAH – Economics, Work, Household (approx. 30%)
You impart essential everyday skills and enable young people to navigate a complex world thoughtfully and responsibly. In lessons and elective subjects, you link economic contexts, sustainable consumption, and practical life management. Lessons take place all day Monday, Tuesday morning, and Thursday afternoon.

Your profile - we are looking for
- Teaching diploma for lower secondary level with appropriate subject qualification
- Didactic confidence in conveying practical life content
- Interest in current social and sustainable topics
- Structured yet flexible lesson planning
- Team spirit and commitment to school collaboration
