Your tasks in detail
- Recording and processing tenant requests of all kinds
- Managing terminations and rental agreements and creating addendums
- Independent handover and return of apartments
- Proposing and implementing our rental activities
- Organizing and conducting apartment viewings with interested parties
- Assisting in the preparation of operating cost statements
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience in the real estate sector or property management is an advantage
- Fluent in German, foreign language skills are a plus
- You are an organizational talent with insight and nothing escapes your notice
- Even in challenging situations, you react with calm and composure
