Your tasks

• You support the specialist departments in identifying, assessing, managing and monitoring risks and accompany them in defining appropriate measures.
• You further develop the risk management and ICS process, create tools and conduct training sessions.
• You are the contact person for process and project managers on questions relating to Risk, ICS and Compliance.
• You coordinate and support the risk management process at Visana and our subsidiaries.
• You monitor compliance with the risk management process and assess the proportionality of the applied ICS.
• You further develop our GRC toolbox and ensure the quality of the corresponding tools and data.
• You support the Risk Officer in preparing reports and documents for management and committees.
• You accompany the implementation and follow-up of risk measures and support the assessment of their effectiveness.
• You observe relevant regulatory and professional developments and support their implementation in Risk Management and ICS.

Your profile

• You have a higher education in business, risk management, finance, law or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of experience in risk management, ICS, audit, compliance or a related area, ideally in a regulated environment.
• You have strong analytical skills and systematically identify, assess and analyse risks.
• You have a good understanding of economic and legal contexts.
• You have a high IT affinity and interest in GRC tools and digital solutions.
• You work independently, reliably and with high accuracy.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team and are confident in interacting with various stakeholders.
• You think in networks, act solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations.
