Nurse / Care Specialist (50-100% possible)

Tasks

• One position each for the general department and one for the protected residential group / people with dementia (you choose)
• You care for, support and accompany the senior residents
• Additionally, you take on responsibility for day and late shifts
• You are also the contact person / key worker for assigned residents and work interdisciplinarily with other specialists
• Furthermore, you actively participate in innovations and changes and contribute to thematic working groups
• The workload can be between 50 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a nurse / care specialist HF, DNI or DNII with
• You also have your own passion and motivation for continuous development
• Do you consider yourself independent, empathetic and proactive?
