- Participation in projects in the areas of systems, network, and IT services
- Ensuring reliable IT operations
- Active involvement in the support and training of ICT apprentices
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of modern IT environments (including M365, virtualisation, backup, network & security)
- Team-oriented, service-minded, and communicative personality
- Structured working method, initiative, and resilience
- Willingness for occasional assignments outside office hours
- Experience as a vocational trainer is an advantage
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Operation, administration, and further development of the server and network infrastructure- Participation in projects in the areas of systems, network, and IT services
- Ensuring reliable IT operations
- Active involvement in the support and training of ICT apprentices
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ System Technology- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of modern IT environments (including M365, virtualisation, backup, network & security)
- Team-oriented, service-minded, and communicative personality
- Structured working method, initiative, and resilience
- Willingness for occasional assignments outside office hours
- Experience as a vocational trainer is an advantage
