This interdisciplinary group practice has existed for over 30 years in the Thurgau region - founded as one of the first medical corporations in Switzerland. The practice is owned by the doctors working there themselves: a large part of the colleagues are co-owners. This model stands for entrepreneurial responsibility without classic self-employment - and for a stable, realistic economic structure without exaggerated growth targets.

The location is rural, with very good public transport connections to larger cities in Eastern Switzerland. The region offers a high quality of life, short distances, good schools and strong regional ties. The practice is broadly positioned and combines various specialties under one roof. Your entry - clearly structured

The usual path is deliberately two-stage:

Phase 1 - Employment (approx. 1 year)
You work as an employed general practitioner in the team, getting to know processes, culture and economic structures.

Phase 2 - Partnership
After a joint assessment of the situation, you enter co-ownership.
The participation requires a contribution of around CHF 200,000 (share purchase + loan portion). Good financing options through the main bank are established.

• Ideally connection to the Thurgau region or affinity to the rural environment
• Optimally Swiss passport
