Located in the charming municipality of Lavigny, in the heart of the canton of Vaud, the Pietro Sarto Medical Center aims to improve the care pathway and follow-up of children with neurological, developmental, and behavioral disorders. By working in synergy with various health professionals, we ensure comprehensive and personalized care. The medical center opened in July 2024.
We are looking for our Pietro Sarto Center specialized in neurological and developmental disorders of the child, located in Lavigny, a:
Contracted Speech Therapist (M/F) at 30-60%

YOU HAVE
- A Swiss Master’s degree in speech therapy or an equivalent foreign title recognized by the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Directors of Public Instruction (CDIP)
- Authorization to practice in the canton of Vaud
- Solid prior experience with a pediatric patient population, minimum 3 to 5 years in independent activity or within a multidisciplinary team
- A proactive, open nature and a commitment to providing pediatric patient care based on kindness and respect
- Rigor and good priority management allowing you to cope with a constantly evolving activity
- A good team spirit and the desire to evolve in an environment that values collegiality
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Assess children’s language and communication skills to identify possible delays or disorders, in interdisciplinary collaboration with the child psychiatrist, neuropsychologist, and psychologist
- Diagnose specific language, speech, and communication disorders in children, such as stuttering, articulation disorders, or autism spectrum disorders
- Plan treatments taking into account personalized objectives defined by the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure a mixed activity between assessments and follow-ups
- Advise and train families on best practices to support the child’s language development
- Develop your professional network around the center’s missions
- Manage the administrative aspects of ongoing treatments and write speech therapy reports
