Deputy Team Leader Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Your role with us
In this role, you are the deputy technical leader in the support team of electronics production (m/f/d). Your daily work takes place directly at our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines and in the environment of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI).
You support stable production operations, are an important contact person on the shop floor and actively contribute your technical understanding and experience to the further development of our processes.

- Technical support and coordination of employees (m/f/d) in daily production as well as deputising for the team leader during absences
- Active participation in the ongoing operation of Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
- Support, operation and securing of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) including break cover and float role
- Analysis of malfunctions and initial measures to resolve them in close cooperation with technical interfaces
- Organisation of shift handovers and participation in Tiered Daily Management
- Active involvement in continuous improvement, 5S and Kaizen activities
- Ensuring clear information flow and conducting Gemba walks
More about you
- Completed recognised vocational training in a technical or industrial environment
- Several years of professional experience in electronics production, ideally in the environment of Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
- Familiarity with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and the associated production processes
- Strong quality awareness and structured working style
- Team-oriented personality (m/f/d) with enthusiasm for technical responsibility
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
