Your Role as a Dental Assistant:
- Clinical Assistance: Support the dentist during consultations, perform certain procedures depending on their specialisation. Disinfect and sterilise instruments, carry out radiographs.
- Treatment Management: Welcome patients, assist with preparation and management of treatments, ensuring patient records are kept up to date and clinical protocols are followed.
- Technical Innovation: Use state-of-the-art equipment and quickly adapt to new dental technologies and treatment methods. Collaborate with the Dental Lab Ardentis laboratory.
- Education and Prevention: Advise patients on good oral hygiene practices and contribute to their education.
- Development and Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with the latest advances in the field.
Your Profile:
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a dental assistant, with proven experience.
- Recognition of equivalence by SEFRI with a minimum of 2 years’ professional activity in Switzerland.
- Passion for patient care, availability and ability to build trustful relationships.
- Courtesy, diplomacy, adaptability and team spirit are essential.
- Aspiration to grow in a dynamic environment that prioritises optimal working conditions, knowledge sharing and mutual support, while seeking a fulfilling and enjoyable professional experience.
- Fluent in French, good knowledge of English desired, with an easy and engaging approach.
- Excellent command of IT tools.
