What you can achieve
- You care for, accompany, and support our hematology-oncology patients and their relatives
- You specifically prepare patients for self-management after hospital discharge
- You work with passion in interdisciplinary and interprofessional treatment teams
- You handle cytostatics, antibody, and immunotherapies
- Together with the team, you implement the continuous development of clinical nursing practice towards best practice/best care and evidence-based, result- and patient-oriented care
- You actively contribute to a positive culture in our teams and support the onboarding of new colleagues
What you bring
- You have completed training as a registered nurse (HF/FH)
- You have a strong interest in complex acute medicine. Experience and knowledge in hematology/oncology are an advantage but not a requirement.
- You convince with your open and appreciative communication and your consistent service orientation
- You bring enthusiasm and the will to confidently and successfully contribute in multiprofessional teams
- You communicate confidently and fluently in German (at least level B2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
