Your Tasks
As a vocational trainer, you work with apprentices (FaGe) and students (Nursing HF and FH) and jointly ensure patient-oriented and professional care. You are responsible for planning, designing, documenting, and evaluating the entire learning process of the apprentices/students and participate as an expert in the training completions. You conduct educational zones with the apprentices/students and enable them for everyday professional nursing. You offer advice and support to qualified nursing professionals on training matters and introduce new employees to the daily supervision of apprentices/students. In your role, you work closely with the vocational training department. Together with the ward management and specialists, you share responsibility for the organization and further development of the department.
Your Profile
You have completed training as a qualified nurse (HF/FH) with at least two years of professional experience. If you have pedagogical further training or are willing to complete it, then you are exactly right with us. Ideally, you have already gained experience as a daily supervisor. A proven high level of professional competence in nursing, teamwork skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills are required. You are committed to the nursing profession and aware of your role model function. Your interaction with apprentices/students is understanding, cooperative, and goal-oriented. You are motivated to promote and support apprentices/students in achieving their action competencies. You are characterized by good organizational skills, high social and self-competence, and are proficient in handling common Office applications.
