Job Description

As part of the development of our catering offer (Snacking Area, café, and Le Carré restaurant), we are looking for a committed and reliable Head Waiter/Waitress who wishes to invest sustainably in a promising project.

Far more than a service position, you will be a true ambassador of our restaurant, actively contributing to its image, service quality, and evolution.

Your responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional, and personalized service to all customers (patients, visitors, doctors, and employees)
• Be a true image relay of the restaurant and contribute to its attractiveness
• Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty
• Ensure setup, service, table monitoring, and clearing
• Actively participate in the life and development of the dining areas
• Take reservations and manage restaurant reception
• Manage billing, payments, and cash register closing
• Know and promote the offer (menu, wines, juices, suggestions)
• Participate in internal events and services (seminars, gastronomic events)
• Ensure a clean, pleasant environment compliant with hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a catering specialist or equivalent training
• Proven experience in a hotel or high-end catering environment
• Excellent presentation and strong customer service skills
• Reliable, committed person you can count on daily
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
• Ability to invest in a developing project
• Fluent in French, good knowledge of German
• Comfortable with common IT tools and hygiene standards
