Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with Day Responsibility
Nursing
✨ Nursing and care of our clients at home
✨ Case management and control of the nursing process
✨ Assessments, advice and collaboration with doctors and relatives
Day Responsibility
📞 First contact person for hospitals, referrers and staff on tour
🩺 Triage of new registrations and organisation of initial assessments
🚑 Coordinate emergency situations and find quick solutions
📋 Keep an eye on wound management, medication lists and daily organisation
🤝 Support staff professionally – especially our trainees
In short: You combine direct nursing with professional coordination and keep the daily operations running together with the team.
What you bring
✔ Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
✔ Enjoy taking responsibility and making decisions
✔ Independent, solution-oriented working style
✔ High professional, social and communication skills
✔ InterRAI HC or willingness to complete the course
✔ Enjoyment of digital working tools 💻
✔ Driving licence category B 🚗
