As a construction manager, you take on a central role in our projects and benefit from a lot of trust:

• Independent management and coordination of construction projects
• Proactive communication with clients, partners, and authorities
• Leadership, coaching, and development of your teams
• Planning of work preparation, materials, and resources
• Cost, schedule, and quality control
• Ensuring occupational safety and health protection
• Promotion of junior staff
• Participation in innovation, digitalization, and further development – depending on interest and profile

You are structured, solution-oriented, and strong in leadership – and have:

• A basic education in construction is an advantage, experience on the construction site
• Further training as a construction manager, civil engineer, or comparable qualification
• Joy in responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented manner
• Confident handling of Office 365 and common construction software
