Your Tasks
- Development of new products and implementation of customer-specific requirements
- Optimization of existing recipes in terms of quality and cost-effectiveness
- Accompanying recipe changes in production
- Accompanying and approving zero & initial productions
- Coordination of development planning up to series production readiness
- Independent implementation and documentation of development projects
- Organizing, conducting, and evaluating tastings
- You take on an interface function with production and the quality assurance and product management departments
Your Profile
- Training as a meat specialist
- Professional experience in product development or food production
- Further training as a meat technician, food technologist HFP, food engineer, or similar is desirable
- Independent working style, analytical thinking ability, as well as industry & process understanding
- Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation in product design
- Understanding of meat products and production technology
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with SAP
