Office for Property Valuations | 80-100 % | Chur or Davos
The Office for Property Valuations (UVI) carries out official property valuations at six locations in the canton.
The valuations are notified to the owners. The data is also used by the cantonal and municipal tax authorities, the Graubünden Building Insurance as well as the land registry offices. Revision valuations for each municipality are carried out every ten years. In addition, owners can request a valuation at any time.
For 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a motivated head of the administration team for the locations in Chur and Davos
- Technical and personnel management of 4 employees at the Chur and Davos locations
- Preparation, correction and registration of data relating to properties in the valuation system for the use of property valuation experts
- Notification of valuation decisions and tax calculations
- First point of contact for written and telephone enquiries
- Efficient handling of various administrative tasks
- Support for the valuation team in administrative matters
- Completed training as a commercial clerk with a federal certificate of competence (AFC) or equivalent training
- Proficiency in written and spoken German; knowledge of other cantonal languages is an advantage
- Familiarity with the use of modern IT tools
- Structured, independent and precise working method
- Service- and solution-oriented, able to work in a team, reliable and proactive
- Leadership experience is an advantage
