About the job
RESIDENTIAL Group Weiher
BACHTELEN
Do you want to empower children in their development, accompany them and also make a difference and contribute yourself?
At Bachtelen, children, adolescents and young adults are at the centre – we accompany and support them with heart, mind and a pinch of humour. In teams strong both personally and professionally, we shape their everyday lives together and create spaces for development.
At the residential group Weiher, up to 8 school-age children and adolescents live from Sunday to Friday during school weeks. We are a stable, motivated and committed team that works strongly systemically. Together with parents, legal representatives and of course the children and adolescents, we are important partners in their development. Our work is based on trust, participation and relationship-building on an equal footing. Professionally, we orient ourselves on trauma-pedagogical principles, the principles of life-world orientation and empowerment. This creates a structured, reliable framework and a safe place where children and adolescents can grow and develop their strengths.
We are looking from 1.12.2026 (or by arrangement) as maternity cover with the option of extension
