Tasks
- Development of a comprehensive future-oriented referral concept including status quo analysis and prioritization of the most important measures
- Establishment and implementation of a CRM system as a basis for professional referral management across all clinics
- Analysis of existing processes, definition of relevant data structures, and ensuring high data quality
- Close collaboration with clinic management, secretariats, and other interfaces to establish demand-oriented workflows and clear responsibilities
- Ensuring successful implementation of referral management together with internal stakeholders (e.g., central registration, clinics)
- Taking over selected communication and marketing tasks such as newsletters, informational materials, and referral events after the introduction of the CRM
- Monitoring key metrics, referral surveys, and ongoing optimization of touchpoints in exchange with referrers
Profile
- Completed studies, preferably in business administration, communication, marketing, health economics, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably with digital transformation projects or IT projects, ideally in healthcare or in complex organizations with many interfaces
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong process and analytical understanding as well as the ability to translate technical and organizational requirements into a functioning overall concept
- Excellent communication and networking skills, confident appearance at management level, and enjoyment of collaboration with different departments, editorial competence in creating content
- Structured, independent working style and high sense of responsibility
- Experience in marketing or customer relationship processes is an advantage
