Job Description

Continuous working hours without room hours

This managerial position has great development potential

• Ensuring efficient processes through forward-looking deployment planning
• Implementation of training and motivation of the team
• Promotion and maintenance of team spirit and a calm working atmosphere
• Ensuring a first-class guest experience including service quality
• Increasing occupancy of rooms and treatments
• Sales activities and travel within the Relais & Châteaux group
• Ensuring economical and ecological use of materials

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training with many years of front office experience, or completed hotel management school
• German is your mother tongue, and you also have very good English and, advantageously, French skills in spoken and written form
• Organisational and communication talent with a pronounced sales and host mentality
• Competence in revenue management
• Entrepreneurial thinking and affinity for numbers
• Resilient and flexible
