Polymechanic for Internal Assembly
Activities
- Assembly and installation of systems, fixtures, and production tools
- Revision, optimization, and modification of existing equipment
- Independent programming, setup, and manufacturing of components for equipment construction on CNC machines
- Conventional manufacturing and mechanical finishing of components
- Independent quality control of manufactured components according to specifications
- Ensuring quality as well as timely execution of assembly and production orders
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a polymechanic and experience in CNC manufacturing and assembly
- Working in a comparable technical field and desire to further develop professionally in CNC machining or assembly
- Ideally, already have knowledge in programming milling machines, especially with Mastercam and/or Heidenhain
- Confident German language skills and basic knowledge of English
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a structured, efficient, and precise manner
