Your tasks
- Administrative support for the social service in all matters
- Reception and telephone inquiries for those seeking help and external parties
- Support for the head of society in preparing reports, statistics, and presentations
- Organization, preparation, and follow-up of the social commission meetings
- Drafting applications in the area of advance maintenance
- Execution and monitoring of KVG and IPV processes
- Processing of payment transactions and collaboration in the accounting of social assistance
- Supervision and support of commercial trainees as a practical trainer
What you bring
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in a public administration or social sector is an advantage
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Very good IT user skills (especially MS Office, CMI, Tutoris, FIS)
- Independent, structured, and discreet working style
- Team spirit, resilience, and a friendly demeanor
