Do you want to use your organizational talent and expertise to ensure that our Spitex clients are optimally cared for at all times – even outside of office hours? Then you are in the right place! For our Spitex planning center Senevita Casa in Muri b. Bern, we are looking for dedicated staff for the on-call telephone service in home office with a workload of 20-50%.
Your important contribution
- Your commitment makes a difference – even from the background: With your support in the on-call telephone service, you help ensure that our Spitex operations run smoothly. This way, you contribute to helping people remain independent at home.
- You answer phone calls, analyze the situation, and quickly find solutions.
- You coordinate replacements for short-term employee absences to ensure that Spitex operations are guaranteed smoothly.
- You pass on important information accurately and quickly to the right people.
- You respond flexibly and solution-oriented to requests from clients and staff.
- You keep a written record of your activities to ensure that the flow of information and service quality is maintained even in the on-site office service.
The working hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00–08:00 and 17:00–22:00
- Weekend: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00
Here’s how you enrich our team
- Experience in the Spitex sector or healthcare (e.g., FaGe, qualified nurse)
- Very good IT skills (Windows, Office, Internet)
- Organizational talent, independence, and a solution-oriented attitude
- Enjoyment of telephone contact with clients and staff
- Very good German skills and basic knowledge of the French language
