To support the Head of Mechanical Workshop, we are looking for a

Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d) as Deputy Head of Mechanical Workshop

• Support the head in the personnel management of the entire workshop
• Support the head in the coordination and deployment planning of the operational mechanics as well as the maintenance of the technical documentation
• Co-responsible for the continuous improvement of workflows and the modernization of the workshop
• Active participation in maintenance (service, upkeep, repair) of machines and systems in the exciting environment of the chemical production and infrastructure sector
• Consultation of internal departments regarding maintenance issues

• Completed mechanical basic education EFZ (Polymechanic Maintenance)
• Further training as a Maintenance Specialist or Maintenance Manager
• Several years of professional experience as a Operational Mechanic with initial leadership experience
• Assertiveness and sensitivity in dealing with people
• Structured work and a calm demeanor are among your strengths
• Service mentality, flexibility, resilience, initiative, and teamwork ability
• German spoken and written (native language)
• Willingness to be on call
• Very good PC skills; experience with maintenance software is an advantage
• Experience with repairs of systems (pumps, centrifuges, etc.) is an advantage
