Rail Trainer (40%) / Train Driver B (40% - 60%)
Tasks
- Training and educating train drivers and shunting personnel of category B and A
- Creating training concepts and programmes
- Quality checks on the management personnel of the rail group and on external trainers
- Participation in and management of projects
- Driving the train according to the timetable, taking into account load and braking ratio as well as external influences relevant to the journey
Requirements
- Qualified train driver of category B
- Professional experience as a train driver B
- Experience in training is an advantage
- Methodical and didactic skills, social competence and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and confident manner in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Good knowledge of legal rail regulations as well as safety-related matters
- Willingness to work irregular shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional national language (level A2) is an advantage
