As an Events Coordinator, you take on a key role in the implementation of extraordinary events: elegant gala dinners, exclusive weddings, high-profile business events, and tailor-made experiences.Your tasks:
- Comprehensive event coordination: from the initial inquiry through offer creation to smooth execution and follow-up
- Personal contact for guests and partners: briefings, site visits, change requests, and professional aftercare
- Administrative excellence: preparation of offers, confirmations, and invoices, booking and monitoring all events in our systems as well as budget monitoring
- Top-level internal coordination: close collaboration with F&B, housekeeping, technical services, front office, and external service providers
- Coordination on the event day: ensuring schedules, quality standards, and an excellent guest experience
- Quality & innovation: optimizing processes, contributing new ideas, and monitoring trends for the continuous development of our event portfolio
- Start immediately or by arrangement
Who you are
- High-level experience: initial professional experience in event coordination in 5-star hospitality, luxury gastronomy, or premium event environments
- Language skills: native German (mandatory) and very good English; additional languages are an advantage
- Organizational talent with attention to detail: structured working style, strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
- Host personality: confident, warm demeanor and communication at the highest service level
- Resilience & calmness: you keep an overview even under pressure and act solution-oriented
- Digital affinity: confident handling of event management systems, MS Office, and internal hotel programs
- Discretion & hands-on mentality: you work confidentially, think ahead, and pitch in when it counts
