We are a renowned and independent family business from St. Gallen with a tradition spanning over 165 years. Our corporate group trades in mineral oil products, operates its own filling stations and convenience stores, the most modern car washes in Switzerland, offers tank and sewer cleaning services, produces and trades in hydrogen, and is active in the real estate business. To strengthen our team at the Chur location, we are looking for a Operations Manager Auto-SPA (80-100%) immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the operational management of the site
- Leadership, deployment planning, and development of directly supervised employees
- Organisation, control, and monitoring of internal processes according to operational guidelines
- Planning and execution of maintenance and repair work
- Participation in implementing measures to increase the site’s turnover
- Active involvement in all areas of the operation
Your Skills
- Completed technical or mechanical basic training
- Several years of leadership experience at team leader level is an advantage
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A flexible, reliable, and responsible work attitude
- Solution-oriented mindset and openness to new things
- Willingness to complete training at another workplace
