Tasks
- Support our guests during the night and be the primary contact at the hotel.
- Ensure safety in the building and coordinate during emergencies.
- Conduct regular patrols and assist in cleaning public areas.
Skills
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous, especially in maintenance or housekeeping.
- Reliability and responsibility for night shifts are essential.
- Fluency in German and good English skills are required.

About the job
Your tasks:- Taking care of our guests during the night and being the first contact person in the hotel
- Ensuring safety in the building as well as coordination in emergencies
- Regular inspection rounds through the building
- Cleaning of public areas and support in the laundry
- Check-in/Check-out for late arrivals and early departures
- Operating the telephone switchboard and general reception duties
Your profile:
- Professional experience in a comparable position – preferably in maintenance and/or housekeeping
- Reliability and sense of responsibility for night shifts
- Physical resilience and adaptability to all situations
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
- Computer skills
- Neat appearance and friendly as well as professional manners
