- Contribute to the further development and maintenance of the Hemovigilance quality management system
- Training and advising medical staff in the area of transfusion safety
- Recording, evaluating, and documenting transfusion incidents and reactions
- Creating legally required reports and statistics
- Coordinating and optimizing hemovigilance processes, also in collaboration with the hemovigilance officer
What you bring
- Completed medical or scientific training, such as nursing diploma, MTA, etc.
- Experience in the field of hematology, hemovigilance, or transfusion medicine
- Independent, careful, and structured working style
- Ideally, prior knowledge in quality management
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written form with different stakeholders
