Service Technician Maintenance / Support 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a service technician for maintenance and support. In this role, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic security systems. You carry out regular maintenance work, troubleshoot technical faults, and provide support to customers with questions or problems. Your tasks also include documenting service calls and advising customers on technical aspects of the systems.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training (electronics technician, electrical installer, or equivalent)

• Experience in the field of security technology or electronics

• Good knowledge of the installation and maintenance of electronic systems

• Driving licence class B

• Customer-oriented and independent working style

• Willingness for occasional assignments outside regular working hours

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
