As one of the market leaders for customs clearance systems in Switzerland, we are looking to strengthen our team at the headquarters in Birsfelden with a

Project Manager Customs Software 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• You take on project responsibility or partial project responsibility for the planning and

management of new customer projects and expansion projects to ensure that customer requirements are met and implementation runs smoothly. You

realise projects in the area of our customs clearance solution

• As a project manager, you analyse the needs of users and prepare offers

for implementation within our logistics software fastLogistics

• You plan, moderate, and document workshops to capture customer needs,

present solutions, and systematically collect feedback.

• You support our service team with the installation and commissioning of our customs

solutions at customers

• You plan, coordinate, and conduct customer training sessions to ensure efficient use of the

applications and sustainably impart knowledge

• You assist with release tests of our customs modules and contribute to quality assurance.

You continuously support existing customers, advise them proactively, and thus contribute to long-term

customer retention and high satisfaction

• You receive customer enquiries, process them efficiently, and ensure timely

and sustainable problem resolution

Requirements:

• Good understanding of software and business processes and a talent for coordinating various stakeholders

(customers and suppliers) and developing joint solutions

• Experience in customs clearance in Switzerland and ideally other countries (Germany)
• Experience in managing projects or subprojects
• Independent working style, teamwork skills, and strong customer orientation
• Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to analyse and

implement complex requirements

• Language skills in German and English
