What you can look forward to:
We offer you a very varied and certainly not boring training in a company with a rich and social tradition. Thanks to many years of experience in care and support, we can impart a lot of knowledge to you so that you are perfectly prepared for your future professional life. The collegial working environment and our positive, motivating attitude are further reasons why you should apply for an apprenticeship with us. An attractive overall package awaits you with us.
What does your daily routine look like?
You can expect a very varied training; no day is like the other! Mostly, you will perform basic care tasks (support with personal hygiene, eating, mobility) and assist the residents in their daily lives. Domestic tasks are a major part of your training and are just as important as simple administrative tasks (keeping documentation, orders, etc.). You encourage the residents to participate in activities and stay by their side if needed. In all activities, you involve the resident and thus promote their independence and, consequently, their joy of life.
What you bring with you:
- You are reliable and enjoy working in a team
- You are physically fit and mentally resilient
- You are a communicative, open, and cheerful person
- You have completed secondary school with good grades
You must be aware that your training also involves weekend and late shifts. The commute to the various educational partners (company, vocational school, inter-company courses) must be easily accessible by public transport for you.
Are you ready? Then off you go – we look forward to receiving your complete online application.
If you have any questions, I am happy to assist you.
