Your Tasks
Implement energy requirements from the canton: You are responsible for implementing the cantonal energy law to optimize the energy efficiency of buildings and contribute to achieving the goals for a climate-neutral administration.
Carry out energetic operational optimization (eBO): You are familiar with the eBO phase process SIA 112 and independently carry out operational optimizations. You coordinate the requirements with the user and implement energy efficiency measures in close cooperation with internal partners.
Manage projects: You commission and supervise the work of external companies to carry out energetic operational optimizations in all project phases. You check whether project goals are achieved.
Initiate optimization: You launch new projects in the field of energy optimization, recognize trends, deviations, and assess the energy potential for a possible rollout in the buildings of the cantonal administration.
Report successes: Energy efficiency analysis and measure recording are done with the energy management tool WIRITEC. You provide results in the form of a report or dashboard for others.

Experience: You have several years of professional experience and bring expertise in managing complex projects.
Personality: Independent, quality-conscious, and customer-oriented work is natural for you. You communicate in a networked manner with professional colleagues within the cantonal administration and external specialists.
Education: You have completed vocational training in the field of building technology and have continuously furthered your education. Good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as handling a CAFM system complete your professional profile.
