As part of our Customer Success Team, you ensure that the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms for our Scan and BPO Centre run reliably and are continuously developed. You analyse technical challenges, implement adjustments, and together with your team colleagues ensure that the platforms remain stable and efficient at all times.
With your technical understanding and solution orientation, you make a decisive contribution to ensuring the stability of our IDP platforms and thus the quality of our BPO services in the long term.
What you will achieve with us- You ensure the reliable operation of the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms of our Scan and BPO Centre by continuously monitoring their performance and system availability.
- You analyse and resolve technical faults from monitoring and ensure that incidents and service requests are handled within the agreed service levels.
- You implement change requests and actively contribute to the continuous development of our platforms.
- Together with the team, you ensure that the agreed service times are met and that on-site technical support for our Scan and BPO Centre is guaranteed.
- You support our BPO Service Managers with technical customer enquiries.
- You identify optimisation potentials and actively contribute to improving our processes, services, and internal IDP platforms.
- You document configurations, adjustments, and technical changes in a comprehensible and structured manner.
- You share your knowledge within the team and support the building and maintenance of our technical know-how.
- You are service-oriented, helpful, and keep a cool head even in hectic times.
- You are proactive, work in a structured way, and find it easy to prioritise your tasks. Independent work with regular coordination within the team is a matter of course for you.
- You enjoy analysing technical problems and logs and developing sustainable solutions.
- You have already gained professional experience in a similar technical role (preferably in first- or second-level support).
- Experience in input management or IDP is a great advantage.
- You have completed training or further education in computer science or possess comparable qualifications.
- You are proficient in German and English in a business context, both spoken and written.
