We are looking for an industry expert in the Zug-Baar region to complement our team as a "Priverian" and support us in achieving our goals.

• Independent management of an exciting portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Professional leadership of assistants or junior property managers
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
• Coordinating and implementing leasing activities
• Checking the properties for their structural condition and organizing maintenance work
• Creating owner reports as well as control and condition reports

• A commercial degree with a certificate in property management is essential
• You have worked in management for at least 3 years
• Fluent German is a must, fluent French skills
• You are brave, flexible, and set necessary priorities
• As a property professional, you enjoy facing new challenges
