Mandate Manager: Trust Services (m/f/d)
How do you ensure that SMEs have their finances under control and can focus on what really matters? Our Rocken partner combines digital trust solutions with personal advice. The offer includes accounting, payroll, tax consulting, and auditing – all from a single source. Your role? You advise clients on tax matters, optimise financial statements, and ensure that all legal requirements are met. In this role, you benefit from flexible working conditions with 2-3 days of home office per week and the possibility to work temporarily from abroad. You operate in a fully digital environment with a 40-hour week, 5 weeks of holiday, and a transparent career and remuneration model. You use attractive office spaces with state-of-the-art technology, a central location, and excellent public transport connections. Additionally, the position supports you with the coverage of further training costs and a half-fare travelcard. Responsibilities:
- You lead 2-3 junior mandate managers both professionally and personally
- In this role, you independently manage and supervise client mandates, especially in the start-up sector
- As a mandate manager for trust services, you are responsible for managing financial and payroll accounting
- You prepare annual financial statements for your mandates
- In this role, you coordinate tax returns for natural and legal persons
- As a mandate manager for trust services, you advise national and international clients from various industries
Qualifications:
- You have a completed professional certificate in trust services or finance and accounting or are undergoing corresponding training
- You have many years of experience in trust services and finance
- Ideally, you bring some leadership experience
- You work precisely and act independently as well as customer-oriented
- You speak German at native level and have excellent English skills
- You benefit from knowledge of other national languages
