Senior Engineer - Endpoint Devices

As an experienced Endpoint Devices Engineer to provide Level 3 support and development for Microsoft Intune, Windows OS, device management, and endpoint security. The role will also cover mobile device management (iOS & Android) and macOS, ensuring a seamless and secure end-user experience.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Level 3 operational support in Microsoft Intune for Windows OS, macOS, iOS and Android device, and endpoint security solutions.
• Manage and optimize device provisioning, configuration, and compliance policies across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platform.
• Develop and enhance Intune-based solutions for endpoint management, security hardening, and automated provisioning.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint-related issues, working closely with Service Desk, Level 2 Operational support, and Cyber Security teams to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Deploy and manage Windows OS update builds, feature upgrades, driver upgrades and security patches while minimizing user disruption.
• Support driver and firmware updates, ensuring compatibility and stability for enterprise hardware.
• Automate device management tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and other scripting tools.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security to implement endpoint protection strategies, including Defender for Endpoint policies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with 3rdparty vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Integrate and manage macOS endpoints, ensuring alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards.
• Work with Nexthink Digital Employee Experience to analyze endpoint performance and improve user experience.
• Support the integration between Microsoft Intune and the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module, ensuring accurate device inventory synchronization and lifecycle tracking.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune, Windows OS, and endpoint device management.
• Strong expertise in Windows imaging, driver management, and OS patching strategies.
• Experience with iOS and Android device management via Intune.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for endpoint administration.
• Familiarity with macOS management in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Nexthink Digital Employee Experience and ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) is a plus.
• Understanding of endpoint security best practices, including Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, AppLocker, and Conditional Access policies.
• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
