Role Objective:
In this position, you will accompany demanding automation and special machinery projects from the concept phase to successful implementation. You coordinate technical requirements, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring an efficient project process. With your technical understanding and solution-oriented approach, you make an important contribution to the successful realisation of innovative customer solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Development and realisation of customised special machinery from the concept phase to market launch
- Further development of existing products and integration into complex automation solutions
- Preparation of technical concepts in collaboration with sales, customers, and application areas
- Creation and maintenance of plant, process, and project specifications
- Coordination and technical alignment with design, software, purchasing, assembly, and service
- Monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines throughout the entire project duration
Your Profile:
- Completed studies as a mechanical engineer FH/ETH or comparable qualification
- Experience in managing technical projects in mechanical or plant engineering
- Confident handling of CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as pragmatic and economical solution orientation
- Very good German and English skills
- Communicative personality with a strong implementation focus
