Head of the Credit Support Department

Your main responsibilities:

• efficiently lead the department (approximately 40 people),
• ensure the recording in IT systems of all types of credits granted by the Bank, guaranteeing data quality,
• supervise the execution of services related to contingent commitments,
• ensure flawless processing and safekeeping of collateral provided as security,
• monitor credit services until their repayment is processed,
• provide various entities (internal and external) with statistics and reports related to the credit domain,
• optimise processes and develop the tools under the department’s responsibility,
• monitor regulatory changes, analyse their impacts and, if necessary, manage projects related to these changes.

Your profile:

• university or higher education (economics or finance),
• excellent understanding of credit-related processes,
• proven experience in team leadership and project management,
• excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills,
• very good writing skills in French, very good knowledge of English and German.
