Team Leader Order Processing 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Technical and personnel management of order processing and shipping (3 employees)

• Processing and shipping of machine and spare parts orders worldwide

• Configuring machines using the ERP product generator and creating the necessary production orders for machine orders and assemblies?

• Internal coordination with various departments (sales, design, production planning, purchasing, assembly, shipping)

• Monitoring deadlines for customer orders and ensuring timely deliveries?

• Creating shipping documents in export software "ExpoWin", including the necessary origin calculations for export

• Preparing quotations for standard products

• Maintaining contacts with customers and representatives regarding order processing

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Technical flair, ideally based on technical training or further education in the machine industry

• A commercial education with a focus on foreign trade

• Experience in order processing in a manufacturing company (preferably machine industry)

• Experience in managing employees

• Knowledge in shipping logistics, tariff classification, free trade agreements, preferential/non-preferential goods origin and export control

• Knowledge of the rights and obligations of the authorised exporter

• Good ERP knowledge, ideally with SAP B1 and IFAS X5, as well as proficient use of MS Office tools

• Very good German and English skills. Any additional language is an advantage?
