Social Pedagogical Specialist / Care Specialist

Your tasks
- Advising and supporting residents to achieve the greatest possible self-determination, high autonomy and competent participation in various areas of life
- Agogic process design
- Taking responsibility in varied departmental and mandate work
- Organisational and administrative tasks
- Collaboration with the social environment
Your profile
- Training in social pedagogy or as a care specialist
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Initiative, pragmatic and humorous personality
- Resource- and solution-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work irregular hours as well as occasional night duty and weekend shifts
