Job Description
Context
As part of the development of its activities in French-speaking Switzerland, Talan is strengthening its sales team and is looking for a final year intern to support pipeline generation and the deployment of marketing actions.
This internship (6 months starting June/July) is above all an entry point: if the adventure is successful on both sides, we like to follow up.
Main missions
Within the sales team, you will work on three key areas:
Database qualification
Identify and enrich contacts of decision-makers (C-level, IT, Digital)
Structure and maintain data quality in the CRM
Segment accounts and prioritise targets
Sales prospecting (cold calling)
Contact prospects (phone / email / LinkedIn)
Generate qualified appointments for the sales teams
Ensure rigorous follow-up of interactions in the CRM
Support marketing actions
Participate in organising events (webinars, breakfasts, client events)
Contribute to marketing campaigns (invitations, follow-ups, monitoring)
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams
Qualifications
Final year student at a business school / university
Strong interest in business development and B2B environments
Ease in speaking, especially on the phone
Structured, rigorous and results-oriented mindset
Good command of French, professional English required
