Your tasks:
As part of a committed and cooperative team, you work in an innovative environment. Your tasks are interesting and diverse:
- You actively work in research and consulting projects on organizational development and transformation in healthcare
- You build networks and support third-party funding acquisition – from the idea to the project proposal
- You participate in psychological teaching and strengthen the methodological competence of students
- You actively contribute to university/institute development and specifically further develop your professional profile
- You help design continuing education offerings and promote the transfer of psychological concepts into professional practice
Your profile:
As an innovative and team-oriented personality, you have an excellent master's degree in psychology and also bring the following:
- Solid knowledge and relevant professional experience in work and organizational psychology as well as initial practical experience in accompanying change and development processes (change management), ideally related to healthcare
- You have good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- You bring high commitment, cooperation skills, and the ability to work independently
- You are interested in the development and acquisition of research projects as well as in publishing scientific findings
