What you will do here
- Support the program directors administratively in organizing continuing education degree programs and courses alongside your studies
- Provide information about continuing education offerings
- Support the management of continuing education offerings - from the announcement to participant confirmation to the issuance of certificates
- Invoice, check, and execute fee payments
- Answer questions from students, lecturers, and program directors (first-level support)
What you ideally bring with you
- Enrollment at a university
- Commercial basic training or initial professional experience in a comparable position
- Service orientation, communication, and cooperation skills
- Enjoy working according to processes, sense of responsibility, diligence, organizational skills
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
