Property Manager for Condominium and Rental Properties, 50-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will manage your own portfolio of condominiums as well as rental properties and be the contact person for owners, tenants, craftsmen, insurance companies and authorities
• You will handle mandates including the organisation, management and minute-taking of condominium meetings
• You will also review annual financial statements and budgets in cooperation with the accounting department
• Furthermore, you will conduct inspections, handovers and acceptance procedures
• Preparing rental contracts and service charge statements also belongs to your responsible tasks
• Planning and supervising maintenance, repair and renovation work rounds off your varied range of duties
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 50 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a commercial or technical basic education, which you have completed with further training as a certified property manager or you are currently in training for this (m/f/d)
• A confident handling of common Office products and ideally with RIMO R5 facilitates your daily work
• A category B driving licence is required
• Do you describe yourself as service-oriented, communicative, solution-focused and well organised?
