TIG Welder Pharmaceutical Level (m/f/d)

We are an innovative supplier in modern sheet metal processing with around 50 employees. For machine and apparatus construction, we manufacture high-quality structural parts, housings, and claddings made of stainless steel, aluminum, and steel sheet. Quality, precision, and clean workmanship are at the center of our focus – especially for demanding applications in the pharmaceutical industry.
Your tasks
- TIG welding of complex stainless steel constructions at pharmaceutical level (sheet metal and profile area)
- Multi-layer welding of pipes up to approx. 16 mm wall thickness (X-ray safe execution)
- Working according to high-quality requirements (including pharmaceutical/pressure vessel area)
- Independent reading and implementation of technical drawings as well as 3D/CAD models (digital workstations)
- Assembling and tack welding of welding constructions
- Optional: Manufacturing small assemblies using adhesive technology (internal training possible)
Your profile
- Completed training as plant and apparatus builder, construction locksmith, or comparable
- Several years of experience in TIG welding of stainless steel / chromium steel
- Experience with welding distortion and shrinkage
- Ideally experience in pressure vessel construction (e.g., AD2000, EN 13445)
- Valid welding certifications are an advantage (qualification possible with us)
- Good German language skills
