Fleet Supervisor 100%

In the Technical Department, you are responsible for the care of the vehicle fleet and accompany the safe operation. For technical questions, it is necessary to take care of maintenance support as well as to represent Thurbo's interests in warranty and defect matters.

• You ensure the ongoing operation of the fleet.
• You monitor and coordinate maintenance.
• You manage damage processing, the execution of repairs and overhauls.
• You accompany warranty and rework.
• You analyse the weaknesses of the rolling stock and find suitable improvement options.
• You answer technical questions from the areas of operations and customer service.
• You are the contact person for fleet matters of the specialist commission for locomotive personnel.

• You have completed a technical education.
• You have further training in the fields of vehicle technology, electrical engineering and/or pneumatics.
• You bring at least 5 years of industry experience.
• You communicate confidently, clearly and empathetically – both orally and in writing.
• You are team-oriented, committed and take responsibility.
• You have solid MS Office skills.
