Skills
- Completed nursing education as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF/FH.
- Experience in surgical patient care is a plus.
- Strong pedagogical skills and passion for mentoring students.

- Professional supervision of a maximum of two HF students and ensuring the learning process and training quality
- Content planning and design of internships
- Close collaboration and joint project implementation with the vocational training manager of the training and further education department, the trainers, and the ward management in the shared leadership team
- Participation in meetings and workshops as part of the shared leadership team
What you bring
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- Experience as a trainer or willingness to complete a pedagogical additional qualification
- Experience in caring for surgical patients is an advantage
- Pedagogical skills and enjoyment in supporting and accompanying learners/students
- Willingness to further educate oneself in vocational training committees
